What does the telemedicine services only plan cover?
Your telemedicine services only plan will cover unlimited 24/7 access to your medical team and doctor. We will provide telemedicine coverage as needed when you need it.
what medications can you and can you not prescribe?
If you are needing medications for common illnesses, we will be able to write prescriptions for you and negotiate pricing with local pharmacies. However, controlled medications will not be prescribed for members under this plan.
what if i need to see the doctor in the clinic?
If you would like to see our doctor in the clinic, you can upgrade to our Tier 1 Membership ($125) or Tier 2 Membership ($80) to receive unlimited clinic visits.
what makes this telemed service different than others?
With other telemedicine membership services, you have to schedule an appointment, wait in a virtual waiting room, and see different doctors every time.
